SeeSaw Turns 1!

We celebrate our 1 year anniversary this month at SeeSaw. It has been quite an adventure so far.

The creek was literally banging up against the bottom of the building no less than five times this winter! We worked hard to prepare for the worst (over and over) but never took on water. Thank Goodness! Special thanks to those friends and family that came to do the heavy lifting during the flood warnings.

We have been able to make sizable donations of clothes, toys, books and gear to many local charities over the course of the year, including Foster Families of Marin, Wednesday's Gift, Salvation Army, Bloom (formerly Image for Success), and The Canal Alliance. We have also had the opportunity to privately donate items directly to families in need in our community. We have been able to make generous contributions to many charities and foundations as well, including the Yes Foundation, the Drake Fund, Children For Change, the Fairfax Moms Group, and Valley Visions.

BLESSED

We are overwhelmed with gratitude from the support and love we have received from the community and are honored to give back. We are keeping things out of the landfill, finding new homes for treasured items, making magic, spreading happiness, and helping others... and we couldn't do it without you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Brown's Remember When...Local Handmade Toys

We would like to welcome Buzz and Lieta Brown to the SeeSaw Family. Buzz makes all of his toys by hand, one at a time from sustainable resources, right here in San Anselmo. From rocking horses and rocking giraffes to piggy and bunny banks, puzzles and pull toys, to planes and trains and cars and trucks, all treasures are finished with non toxic linseed oil and bees wax. Come in and see our selection.
